We are a global offshore entity that acts as a procurement agency in the ASEAN area with particular emphasis on Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Korea, Japan & China.
•Procurement and Consulting Services for chain of supply products and services, we offer a Free Zone facility in Thailand for import & export consolidation, further production or assembly and repairs, without attracting any Thai VAT or unnecessary charges.
•Financial, legal, commercial facilitating and includes an immigration service for Ex-pats in Thailand including help with immigration forms, visas etc., for friends & family.
· Advice & Embassorial contact help in cases of bereavement of Expat family and friends
• Vehicle Rental & Purchasing.- Drivers Licenses/Renewals.
• Operate effectively and legally within the Thai commerce regime including assistance in incorporation and ongoing management of Thai and international entities – including sole traders, limited partnerships, companies and trusts so that clients can maximise tax effectiveness for their Thai and overseas incomes.
